Profile:
Christine Sinclair recently graduated fromn a BA (Hons) at Plymouth College of Art and since then she has been concentrating on combining metals with blown glass to create a family of forms, each with their own identity. Optical effects and illusions are enhanced by an interaction with pewter, silver and recycled aluminium. Cast and turned metal bases cradle the glass giving a contemporary twist to my work.
